Lots of fan service but some really interesting decisions and missed opportunities.
Daniel Day-Lewis is one of the GOATs and that is indisputable. Love the exploration of our past president at a very specific time in his life.
This movie is completely held up by the performances of the 3 lead actors.
Most definitely a product of its time but you can see where it started to be bold and break new ground. I can see why it was so influential to a number of filmmakers.
